AGI User Manual

Below is the user manual for the General Marketing Robot software (AGI).

Installation

Installation Environment Requirements

This software must be installed on a personal computer running Microsoft Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating systems.

System Requirements

The software must be installed on a computer with a 64-bit Microsoft Windows 10/11 operating system, and the following configurations are recommended:

  1. Processor: Intel Core i5 or higher
  2. Memory: 16GB RAM or more
  3. Hard Disk Space: At least 500GB SATA III hard drive
  4. Monitor: 1920x1080 pixel resolution or higher

If you are unsure whether your computer meets these specifications, you can first install the free version for testing. If the free version runs smoothly, the professional version should also perform seamlessly.

Install the Software

After downloading the AGI software, extract the compressed file to begin the installation.

  1. Open the folder and click the Setup(.exe) executable file.
  2. Enter the AGI installation wizard and select "Next."
  3. Choose the AGI installation folder, the default is C:\Program Files(x86)\AGI\AGI\. After selecting, click "Next."
  4. Confirm the installation and click "Next" to start installing the AGI software.
  5. Once the installation is complete, select "Close."

Running the Program

Click Start, select All Programs, and you can find the AGI program shortcut under AGI.

Environment Settings

Text Application and Item Size

  • Windows 10 Users: Click Start, select Settings, then click System, and set Change the size of text, apps, and other items to 100%.
  • Windows 11 Users: Click Start, select Settings, then click Display under System, and set the Scale to 100%.

Other Application and Scheduling Settings

To prevent the program from being interrupted by other processes, please disable Windows background scheduled tasks such as disk defragmentation, scheduled antivirus scans, hardware checks, and automatic updates for Windows or other software.

Registration and Activation

If you have purchased the professional version, you can activate your serial number by following these steps:

  1. Click Serial Number at the top of the program, then select Register and Activate.
  2. Enter your purchased serial number. After entering it correctly, a green checkmark will appear on the right.
  3. Click Activate Online to complete the activation.
  4. After successful activation, the system will display your subscription expiration date.

Language Selection

The software supports Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English. You can switch languages through the Settings -> Language option.

Add Command

You can use AGI to execute the commands you want. On the home page of AGI, click Add to add a new command.

  • Open Program: You can open a specified program on your computer. The file path can be selected through the three dots on the right. After selecting, you can choose whether to check the option to maximize the window at the bottom (the maximize option does not work properly in the browser). Once set, click Save.
  • Open URL: You can open a specified web page in the selected browser. Currently, it supports Edge, Chrome, and Brave browsers.
  • Close Browser: You can close the specified browser.
  • Close Program: You can close the specified window.
  • Keyboard Input: You can use the mouse to click and send keyboard commands to AGI. You can input one letter at a time, and you can also combine it with Ctrl, Shift, or Alt to input two keys at the same time, for example, Ctrl+C.
  • Mouse Operation (Parameter Setting): You can set the mouse click at a specified XY coordinate.
  • Mouse Operation (Screenshot Setting): You can set the mouse click at a specified location on the screen.
  • Wait Seconds: You can set how long to wait before proceeding to the next step.
  • Paste Text: You can input specified text, allowing AGI to paste this text at the cursor's blinking position.
  • Maximize Current Window: You can maximize the current window.

Edit Command

After adding commands, you can also rearrange, edit, and delete existing commands on the home page.

  • Arrow Up/Down Icons: You can use these to rearrange the command with the previous or next command.
  • Pencil Icon: You can use this to edit the command.
  • Trash Can Icon: You can use this to delete the command.

Clear All Commands

If too many commands have been added and it is tedious to delete them one by one, AGI can clear all the set commands. Please click Clear All on the home page.

Save Commands

After adding a series of commands, if you want to save them for future use on another computer, AGI can export the commands to any location. To save the commands, please click Save on the home page.

Load Commands

AGI can load saved command sets. To read commands, please click Load on the home page, and then select the zip file.

Please note, if the file is loaded from another computer, please ensure that the resolution of the saving and loading computers is the same!

Parameter Testing

If you are unsure about the current window title, window name, or position detected by AGI while adding or editing commands, you can check the current time, mouse coordinates, the title, name, and range of the current window on the parameter testing page.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can the Serial Number Be Transferred to Another Computer?

Yes. The serial number can be used on any other computer. Please click About in the software on the old computer and press Deregister for Transfer to unbind the serial number. Then, register it again on the new computer to complete the transfer.

My Computer Malfunctioned. How Can I Use It on a New Computer?

If your computer unfortunately malfunctions and you cannot open the software to deregister for transfer, please perform online deregistration.

Can the Software Run on Windows XP/7/8?

Windows XP/7/8 are too outdated and do not support the new features required by the marketing bot software. Please install and use it on a Windows 10/11 computer.

Can the Software Run on Mobile Phones or Tablets?

Sorry! The mobile or tablet version of the software has not been developed yet. It is recommended that you install and run it on a Windows 10/11 computer, and then use remote monitoring software to control it via a mobile phone or tablet.

Can the Software Run on Mac Computers?

Sorry! The Mac version of the software has not been developed yet. It is recommended that you install a Windows environment on your Mac computer to run our software.
